Im trying to find out what diameter the stock header size is along with the stock exhaust port is. i dont know if anyone would happen to have a unbolted exhaust and could take some quick measurements. i want to get a spare header and chop it up for the flanges to make a turbo header or will a 1000rr header bolt up? If a 1000rr header will bolt up i can just buy the turbo header for one of those. if not ill have to make my own.

It would be extremely easy to make your own. You just need to weld a ring onto a piece of straight pipe at the right distance so the clamps work. I would almost suggest it so you can use a thicker walled stainless to deal with the added heat the turbo will bring. You'll also be able to position the turbo anywhere with a custom manifold.
