Shorty Pipe

RE: Shorty Pipe
That's the HoHey Designs dual caliper adapter. The front caliper goes to the rear brake like normal. The far back caliper line goes all the way to my left clip-on where it meets up with a Brembo 16x18 master for my hand brake.
Hand brakes are pretty much for doing off the peg wheelies, and still having control of the rear brake. (For those of us who are still horrible at engine braking.) This setup is the cats meow.

Tried a few stand-ups on the last 2 rides. They're pretty hard atm.
I still have a time walking up stairs, and my leg crunches with every step... So what i'm running into with stand-ups is my leg needs to start bent, then straighten out as the bike comes up. Causes a bit of pain doing em. Might be a few months out before I can really put that brake system to work doing like off the peg stuff... seat standers and what not. But soon!
Don't want to push it tho... The bike is about ready, but I still need a bit more time =P

don't rush it bro. Go at your own pace and good luck on the recovery. I completly understand what you're going through. BTWif you need help going upstairs use a cane that's what I did and it really helps. I found a cane at wally world that is collapsible. breaks down into four 1 1/2' sections and it fits perfectly in the trunk of a 929. it's on an elastic band so when you hold it up it unfolds itself into position. It trips people out when you pull it out of the back of the bike and HAVE to use it.
