rebuilding a hyperpro steering damper

hi does anyone know how to rebuild a hyperpro steering damper (straight tube one not with adjuster head) I have a leak in mine and it sounds bubbly I think its getting low on oil also what oil

I would send it to hyper pro ! they are in New Jersey and very helpful these units are delicate and hi pressure charged with nitrogen in most
