Does anyone have rear sets they want to get rid of?

No, I meant rear sets, ya know the things you put your feet on while you are riding?
With the clutch lever and the brake thingie

No I didn't break them in fall, I want to powder coat some black and the replace the ones on my bike.

Not a bad idea, I was considering doing the same thing. I just found it funny the other guy confused "rearsets" with "rearseats".

If yours are still in pretty good shape, I would just wait for the offseason and get them done then. Check local powdercoaters in your area, most of them have a quick turnaround time. Just gotta dip, and coat. Send em' dissassembled and it would no doubt be faster.

You'll be shelling out some good coin if you pick up a set on e-bay, unless you come across a smokin deal.[&:]

All the aftermarket rearsets I have been coming up on are $350.00+[:@]

Stock rearsets seem to be hard to find on there right now.

Now that I know what they're called, I searched around a little - man there are some cool-looking aftermarket ones out there.

- something else for me to spend money on....!

You do have a good idea about powdercoating. One thing to remember about the aftermarket ones, they are generally made to be higher and farther back which is primarily for a crouched race position which is not comfortable at all for street riding.
