Default Pretty sure its a stator issue

Hi all, again, brief synopsis, I rode for about an hour yesterday, on the motorway so keeping revs up. I had my lights on the whole time. I went in a shop, came out, totally flat battery. Bump started and rode home fine. The bike runs absolutely fine at low an high revs. Put in my other battery this morning and it started first try, however, with the lights off I'm getting 13V at idle and about 14.4 at around 5000rpm, with the lights on the battery voltage steadily drops at idle and barely holds around 12.6 at 5000 rpm. With the engine off I disconnected the stator from the regulator/rectifier and I get 3, 3.1 and 3.1 Ohms across the 3 outputs, the manual say between 0.1 and 1 is the range. Can I assume this all points to a failing stator and that the regulator is working?
Thanks.

Seems like a fair assessment. What does your meter read when you put your leads together? 0.0 to 0.1 ohms ? Just want to make sure your leads are not bad and giving false readings.

Yes meter I good, I have to have it calibrated regularly for work purposes and use it everyday. I think I need to go buy a static. Thanks.
