Have you tried by passing the three devices , taking it for a run and then re-installing one at a time to find the culprit, looking at the Neutral switch here which is the Green light

Hello CaBaRet. I will give anything a **** at this point. I assume you do not think the HISS system is at fault?

Dont think so , but sometimes people lose their keys , and it may not be an original , so what they do is, cut the head off the key and tape it to the halo (HISS) and use another key to start the ignition, but as your bike operates and rides I think its more to do with the safety devices , this fault can be caused by a loose wire in any of the three devices , but the sidestand switch is favourite especially when your riding, if you take that one off first , give it a good clean ,check wires and re-install it could be your problem right there

Make sure your battery connections are tight. Go through all your connectors and disconnect them and reconnect them
and make sure they are secure. Ask me how I know this 🤦‍♂️. Always start with the easy stuff.

Default Solved

Right, so I received a side stand bypass as it was only a couple of quid so easy to rule out. Went for a run and was all good un till almost home then it did it's normal to the point I had to rev it constantly to get the last half mile home through lights. Took all the fairing off the front then started all over again. Keep the engine running as I started moving the harness then switched off chose a couple connections and cleaned them and moved on. I found after a bit of a rough pull at the loom the bike cut off after a lot of isolation and manipulation I found a connected ever so slightly looser then I would expect and as I touched the fuel pump primed and knocked off. Took it apart cleaned it and taped it shut and put it all back together and off for a run. Fixed 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
