Hey everybody. I am new to the forum and cbrs. I bought a 2001 929 a week ago and love it. My first bike was a 94 fzr 600 so huge step up. I have a few questions for the seasoned cbr riders. What"s a good integrated tail light for the 929? Does anyone make a better seat? Finally, has anyone ever had their lcd shorted out due to water intrusion?

 

First of all welcome to the forum.I have a lockhart phillips tail lite on my 954.Check with them.Better seat,Corbin and Sargent make great seats.And the answer to your last question would be yes,has not happened to me.You can use the search function on this forum and gotten all your answers as well.

 

+1 on corbin seat its better priced than sargent seats and they can be customized to the bike. The integrated tail light is on you, you can do the stock light integrated OR you can put a custom undertail on it which can replace the brake and tail lights and it looks pretty awesome and unique I wish I had a pic of mine to put up. Oh well. And I know water shorting out the led is possible but havnt seen it first hand on any of my bikes.
