Dude from what i know you Will get tickets with that plate holder - i know in NYC cops love those holders just to bustballsn give tickets

plate has to be stright - left to right... Not up n down
But good luck.. get a PBA Card from a cop buddy

That was legal in Florida as was the plate on the swingarm as I had it. But they are cracking down on bikes. Specifically sport bikes with the new laws that came into play on October 1st. Unfortunately I may have to clutter up the back end of my bike with the plate hanging off. Unlike some folks I prefer the clean look of a nice undertail. I just have to figure out how to do it so I can revert back to the swingarm mount one I leave this state! The Gixxer idea is interesting but not sure I'd wanna go that route.
