yea my bike looks like 180 will be the top out because i have a -1 on the front sprocket... i started slowing down at 173ish... as far as the handling... it seems like the faster you go the better it wants to be...

 

thats gnarly bumblebee lol 140 was plenty for me iv mellowed out thoe i was riding a kan o tuna 750 before my 929 soo i was having a field day with all the power of my 929 im building a gsxr 1117 im thinking it should have tons of power and torque when its done some day im short on funds lol

yea trust me i know what its like to be short on funds... i was really wanting a 750 before i bought this bike and never wanted to go any bigger than a 750 as well... but i couldnt beat the price i bought the bike for plus all the upgrades...now when i get a new bike im gonna have to get a 1k... i hope you the best wishes on the project...

 

thanks bumblebee yeah its going to be a while before i get it finished . at least i have my 929 to ride . im parting out my brothers 954 and i was thinking about geting his engine from him for later to put in my 929 the only problem is the case has crack on out side by stator cover has jb weld on it lol i could probley tig weld it but soo plus hes going to want over a grand for the engine its runs and shifts great . ill probley just sell it on flea bay with the rest of the parts and im still having second thoughts on putting his carbon fiber shot gun devil exhaust on my bike. it seems really heavy and looks really different lol i like the gp look way better shorty pipe i made its a cheepy yana shiki but looks awesome

 

if your going to get a devil id recommend the setup i have... they dont come in a full exhaust which is a disapointment but its a 3/4 exhaust high mount, i really like the shorty exhausts too but when i saw this i couldnt resist it, only thing is if you take your little kids on rides like 8 and under it becomes dangerous as they dont always like to keep there feet on the pegs.... and man it sounds bad ***... unless your 929 engine is really high millage or starting to give out i wouldnt recomend putting the 954 in, i have 31k on my 929 and it runs great, and i ride it hard... well like i said its my opinion... i think its just to much work for not enough... id rather buy a 1k and fit it in...

 

yeah ill probley just keep my shorty look the twin pipes reminds me of a rudder on the side of my bike lol the only thing that i like about the devil is its carbon fiber and my bike is all murdered out soo it would look ok i guess but ----= as in i pipe into 2 carbon fiber cans just seems weard

 

take the pipe to a shop and have them make it one all the way and sell the other can...

 

i thought about that but the pipe is small going into the can since theres 2 cans then it goes into a y pipe that gets big . im just going to leave the pipe thats on my bike it looks awesome im going to try and post pics soon of my bike
