I just got my 929rr after having a f4i wanted to know what kind of oil you guys reccomend to use... Ive heard that syn will give you blow bye and that gn4 sucks so lets hear what you guys prefer... Thanks guys

 

welcome to the forums man. just so you know there is a search function and it will give you so many threads on "which oil" to us you will spend the rest of the night reading.

personally i use mobil 1 full synthetic 10W-40

i use the oem honda filter and hondas hp4

 

I use honda filter and the standard GN4, never had a problem with it. No need for synthetic unless you are taking it to the track or really beating the hell out of it.

 

right now im using oem honda oil filter but my next oil filter is gonna be a scotts billit oil filter. 9 oil changes and its paid for itself.

That filter looks like overkill. If Honda thinks their filter and oil work perfect for that engine I'll trust their engineers and go with that.
