Front and Rear Tire Size

So I did a search for this but couldn't find anything. I bought a 2000 cbr 929rr back in August and now I am replacing both tires, chain and sprockets, and the clutch and brake levers. I looked at the front tire and it has a Bridgestone BTO19 (I think) and it's a 120/65ZR17 and the rear is a Dunlop 190/50ZR17. Well let's just say that I didn't see any 120/65ZR17, so I bought a 120/70ZR17. Was this a good idea? I don't know much about tire size. I guess it's a little to late now but maybe someone can fill me in on the sizes.

Oh, I bout the Bridgestone BTO16 for the front and back. I'll let y'all know how I like them.

RE: Front and Rear Tire Size

The 120/70/17 is the one you want yeah. I run a 190/55/17 rather than a 190/50/17 now for the rear. More of a race tire. But I'm running Pirelli Super Corsas... so yeah.

Sleep well. You're running stock size tires. =)

Good deal, I thought the 70 would be the best bet. Thanks for the help
