My Cbr929 has some chips in the fairings in spots, and needs to be repaired. i was wondering would it be cheaper to get them repaired, or just buy an aftermarket set? and i know it may depend on how much repairs need to be done, but it hasa chip where the two rightside fairings connect, where the screw goes to hold them together, which is chipped. and on the right side it has a chip also.

 

and i also forgot that there was a crack on the front fender

 

The cheapest thing to do would be to repair them yourself. There is a tradeoff tho between money and quality. The less money you spend the lower quality you're gonna get. So how much money you spend is really dependent on how good you want it to look. If you want an oem finish you're gonna need oem plastics (most expensive). If you don't want to fix it yourself take it to a body shop. If you do want to fix it yourself start researching plastic and fiberglass repair. Take some pics too and throw em up here.
