Hello, new member on this forum.

I can realy use some help.

The story from the beginning.
Made a custome exhaust for my 929, to fit under the bike,looks like the ktm rc8.

To fit the pipe i needed to get rid of the exhust valve, so i took the valve off the bike, but left the engine for the valve, becourse i dident want the FI light to send me a code.

So the exhaust complete are only headers and my custome pipe(short and pretty loud)

Then the trouble begins.

I think the bike is going lean, its missfires when i shift down and when u give full throttle its dies for a half sec and then pretty normaly after that, but next gear the same issue.

I have a pc3(not usb)on the bike can it help?

Not much help but it does sound like the engine is running lean now after you modded the exaust. I know there are systems out there that you can remap the computer. Not sure what you are using.

without the valve your exhaust is flowing much easier, that does cause you to run lean

it can be corrected with your pcIII but that's not something we can troubleshoot for you over the internet, you'll need to have to dyno tuned
