ok i checked the plugs they wereblack and wet so i cleaned and regaped check the fuel line again and just looked over every thing to make sure it looked right beforei started it. Ok i went to startfuel pump primed tehn i went to crank it and it just crank gave it alittle help from starting fluid and then started and then died so i tryed it again with starting fluid and started kept it running with the starting fluid for about 10sec and it stayed running on its own around 2000 rpms for about 25sec then it jumpedabove 4000rpms and then i saw red ambers coming out of my exhaust little ones. im thinking it is something to do with my starter valve or timming the fuems wer burning my eyes bad

lol changed plugs again and got a fuel pressure fitting i needed to check pump when it primes i get 52psi and when cranking i get 47psi in the manuel it said to bluck fuel line return to i did that to when priming i got 60psi and on cranking i got 47 psi i dont think the pump is bad? but the only question i have is when it is done priming with the key still on the pressure goes down to 10psi is that ok or should stay pressuered ?

Sounds like bad injectors. I.E. not seating all the way and creating a major rich condition. Fuel pressure should stay up after the prime, maybe drop off just a little, but not 37. Speaking out loud, LOL, if the injectors are not seating properly, after the prime it would leak off pressure. Also, after sitting a while if they do retract to closed, the bike may start and run a while then wash down the plugs. Since your getting leakdown I would guess the injectors, expensive guess though too. Maybe the map, but doesn't explain the leakdown. If you have a pc, remove it and run it like stock and see what happens. Lot of good ideas here but for lean conditions, not rich. You wouldn't happen to have a Cali bike with an O2 would you?
