Angry 929 fuel pump not priming

Hello everyone i need help solving this mystery..I took the pump out tested it and it works, there's power going to the fuel pump I tested with my meter, I checked the grounds, inspected the harness for open wires everything is taped from what I see..I know the tip over sensor and pump relay could be the problem but how do I test these or bypass?

Are you sure you tested the fuel pump wire, and not the level sensor wire?
If you have power and ground at the pump, and a working pump, it will run. The other stuff interrupts power to the pump.

Hello, yes I first checked power going into the sending unit which there was, then I checked for power going directly to the pump and nothing, I also checked for power to two relays and one of them nothing which I'm assuming is the fuel pump relay..I really don't want to pull the harness out and cut it open. Also I don't hear any relays clicking when I turn it on

Sorry I meant there's power going to the sending unit but not to the pump, all the connectors, grounds, and wires look good

Did you check the 20a fi fuse next to the fuse box?

Is there power on both sides of it?

Check for power at the injectors, on the bl/w wire. Wire is same power for fuel cut relay, stop relay, ecu, and coils.
