929 engine info for mk indy transplantation

Hi everyone, I'm new and looking for information on a cbr929.
I bought a CBR 929 parked for a couple of years with rust in the tank but I hoped for an easy restart.
Unfortunately, the fuel pump died and I have to find a way to solve the problem.

All this because that beautiful engine will end up on an MK Indy =) but first I have to try to understand some things.
The car was driven by a 893 but is dead and it's ready for an upgrade, 929.
Surely I will have to change the fuel pump that I have on the car because was not for an injection system, but someone knows the characteristics of the original pump 929 (flow/pressure) or at least how much flow need the injectors?
I noticed a valve in the exhaust system ... I read that many take it off, what's the purpuse? What will I lose if I'll take away?
And there's also a valve in the airbox ... what's the purpose?
By adapting another air filter, I was hoping to fit only the temperature sensor.
Last but not least: Has anyone ever changed the oil pan with a slimmer one? Are there an aftermarket or do I need to CNC it?

P.S. I hope I'm in the right place
Thank you already and sorry for my English
