Default 2 Red lights blinking

What up. little backstory on the bike. It was stored for quite awhile on the kickstand. Now I'm getting the bike going again. So I changed out all fluids and a bad sparkplug. While changing out the sparkplug I noticed there was some build up in the piston that had the bad sparkplug. So one of the times I worked on the bike. I had to jump the bike cause of a bad battery, but the bike sounded and felt good. At first there was a small knocking sound that went away a few minutes leaving the bike on. There were no red lights or F1 indicator, the bike seemed fine at the time. So I just bought a new battery and double checked all connections and hoses. So the bike started up first try and there was a small knock that went away fast, but now I'm getting a F1 and 2 consecutive red light blinks while the kickstand is down. When I put the bike straight and kickstand up, the red light turns solid no blinking. So 2 blinks while the kickstand is down and bike leaned over and solid red light while kickstand is up. So the bike can go into first gear no problem but when I'm letting out the clutch with some throttle the bike stalls when the clutch is fully released with some knocking sounds. After it stalls the bike has a hard time starting up and I have to blip the throttle alittle to get it going again. This is where I'm at now.. any help would be great.

Solved: It was the connection at map sensor hose. Overlooked it since its a small hose and didnt reconnect it. Connected it and red light and F1 went away

thanks for posting that it is solved.
A very common problem when removing the air box (which is essential on our bikes to get to the sparkplugs) is switching the TPS sensor connector with the MAP sensor connector.
These are the same connectors. And switching these connectors give similar problems.
Always remember: The wire harness with the fuel injectors also contains the TPS connector.
