Check the ecm ground. The injectors have constant power and ground through the ecm to work. Do you have a power commander?

Green. Its a single ground to the frame.
Make sure you have continuity for the injector driver wires (the ones that each have their own color) through the injector harness plug and all the way to the ecm.

A faulty FPR would cause that.

The spring or diaphragm in it are worn and it's letting fuel pressure bleed off and return to your tank.

Don't know how it'd be low enough to trigger a code though...

Check the hoses that connect the pump and filter together. If they split, you will get low pressure to the rail.

Use a vise grip to clamp the return line and see if the pressure comes up. That will rule out the regulator sending the pressure back to the tank if its still low.

After cleaning them 6 times an spraying great the code has stopped popping up idk weird but once I get a chance will clamp the return line an see if the pressure builds up an all the lines an fuel filter are new in the tank only thing not new is pump.
