Today's mission
Going to get these installed today. Cant wait to try em out:) They look like they will sit a couple inches lower as well as an inch or so forward. They are super light too. I'll post before and after pics later.

Nice, how much did they set you back? I'm thinking of installing a set of Vortex or Harris clip ons on my 900rr.

RE: Today's mission
They were $150.
Got them on. Boy they are low. I should be able to drag my elbow now. hahaha:D The only thing I dont like is how high I have to run the clutch lever to keep it from hitting the speedo. May have to find a different clutch lever setup if it bugs me too much. A group of my friends are planning a ride for tomorrow, I can't wait to try em out. Here are a couple of pics. http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...1/DSCF0027.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...1/DSCF0033.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...1/DSCF0028.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...1/DSCF0034.jpg |
RE: Today's mission
Nice, although I'm not sure why you would want to put more weight on your wrist when everyone else want's to buy risers to take it off?
But they do look sporty, no doubt. |
RE: Today's mission
Hmm, I think you may have a hard time finding a clutch cable that will clear the gauges. I hate how Honda made our clutch cable on the 900rr... piss poor design.
I want these clip on's now that i have heard about your cable problem.. Harris high rise style https://www.harris-performance.com/w.../frameset2.htm |
