So it turns out that my R/R is bad. Here's my results. 13.69v when bike is off on battery terminals. 18.56/18.33v when bike is running. Sounds like both of these is an R/R issue. Now that I know I need a new one, any specific ones you suggest? Looking for something not terribly expensive, but obviously not the cheapest or oem. Thanks guys.
