Hmmm. Been slowly servicing my Blade which has been off the road for a while (voluntarily - can't afford to run it so it sits in the garage - maybe this year …) and found this screw/shouldered bolt underneath it. Can't for the life of me figure out where it goes, though it looks like it should come from the levers/switches area. Anyone know?

It's a CBR900RRN (92 Blade - UK).




Ta. And BTW it's a Philips screwhead, about 20mm long end to end and the shouldered part is 5mm wide.

 

Pivot bolt for the clutch lever?

 

Actually, not long after I posted this I also posted in the FB Blade group (or one of them - I presume there are several … :-) ) and got the answer. It's the screw that attaches the fuel tap switch to the tap itself. #17 in the piccie here ….
