Default i really need help!

i guess i got hosed when i bought this 900.
i am a newbie to honda's.
the bike looks like it was wrecked before and reassembled.
i'm missing a bunch of parts.
i found the raidator was just flopping in the breeze, so was the fuel pump.
i'm missing the fuel valve extension. ( the part that sticks out so you can flip from run to reserve )
lots of bad wiring. fan is now on a toggle switch. hotwired to the battery.
i think the front end was changed.
raidator is missing a mounting tab an the rest of the bolts are gone. one mount bolt is broken. raidator is resting on the header.( i will fix that first )
just a ton of small stuff.
i changed the throttle cables tonight and the throttle still sticks if the push cable is hooked up. snaps right back with the pull only.
i think there might be a difference with the cable mounts on the carbs.

i guess what bothers me most is the motor is stamped 919.
did honda ever make a 919 in the cbr model?
the guy said it was a 93 with a 96 body kit.

does anyone have the fuel valve extension for me?
why don't the cables fit right?

i'm so lost it's not funny. i really need everyones help here.
i already had to replace the fuel pump relay so it would run.
someone please help me!

i know that cbr year 93-95 use fuel pump...and year 96-99 use vacuum system.
But engine capacity for year 93-95 is 898cc and 96-99 is 919cc (this stamped in the engine like you said). So i guess, your bike is '93 with swapped engine from year 96-99.
If you can't find the fuel lever, just put the valve on RES position, and be sure that you check the gasoline in the tank periodically...or look from the tripmeter... i usually run about 125-140miles from full tank, and refill again...Never ran out of gas

If you go to an OEM parts place online or at a local shop, you can order the handle for on/off/reserve rather cheap, unless the whole thing is sheared off. Make sure your bar ends aren't too tight, or that your handlebar isn't bent because that could cause your throttle to stick too
