i have a close friend who is a hwy patrolman
he has given me some info to helpme out
my lawyer thinks he can get out of most of it anyway
the speeding to elude should be dropped and few others reduced or dropped
going to be expensive anyway but i played now i have to pay i guess

 

looks like i willl end up with
unsafe trafiic movement and
speeding ticket is the best i can hope for
we will see next month how it comes out

 

I live in NC and paid my lawyer 500 bucks and everything was takin care of with no points or anything. The only thing it hurt was my wallet.

your lawyer was cheaper than mine but the patrolman didnt show for court and it was all dropped

my attorney used the speeding to illude to cause it to be dropped because i stopped the judge dropped it
as soon as he said that i wasnt sure why but im happy
still cost me 900 bucks but no points or anything
but the wife is still pissed lol

 

i got 3 speeding tickets this summer.
first in Bouloder 65 in 45 , 6 points $300. they made a deal with me , changed it to something else and 3 points $105 + 25 court fee +50 class, (not moving voilation <- not suppose to effect insurance)
second Oregon , 54 in a 30 (actually was doing 90 for a sec he saying ...he had to go 100 to catch me . he thought im running away , i didnt even see that) $250 reduced to $185 no points.
third Boulder again, this one really pissed me off. i wasnt speeding. but hey i'm on yellow sport bike , i MUST be going fast right ? 57 in a 45. $40+$15 and 4 points , reduced to 1 point and $72 + $50 class. and changed to defective head light. (not moving voilation <- not suppose to effect insurance)

so i got 4 points .... i wonder if the insurance will go up or not.

i got now Radar Detector , Valentine One ($400), already saved me few times. it's amazing how many speeding traps out there. you dont know till you get one of those.
i'm using "rabbits" method too. speeding only behind other cars. if they shoot us with radar , im the first to know about it..

it's expensive to go fast !

I think he'd know what was written on his ticket better than you. Besides, if they are angry, they will hit you with everything they possibly can.
