Default HELP !!! 1998 Carb Running Problems.

Hi All.
I have a 1998 CBR 900 RRW.
It was sitting for a while so I bought New Plugs and Stripped the Carbs down and had them Ultrasonically Cleaned.
Problem is that it Starts Fine, Ticks Over fine but when I Blip the Throttle it revs fine but the Revs Hang, i.e takes about 5 seconds for the Revs to Drop to Idle.
Everything is Set as per Manual.
I have Run the Bike without the Airbox, Again Starts Fine and Ticks over Fine and Revs still hang.
If I half cover the Funnel on the Carb, R/H Side, with my Hand the Revs drop as they should and Ticks over Fine.
This only works on the R/H Side Carb.
Seems to me it's getting Too Much air but No amount of adjustment on the Pilot Screw cures it and it Smells of Fuel.

Any Idea's anyone ?????

Thanks in Advance
Brian

Are they properly sync'd? I'd synchronize the bank of carbs, first.

Yeah forgot to say that they have been Synced, All Gauges were the same so Carbs are set up ok.
Can't understand why it Runs and Revs fine when I Cover the R/H one with my Hand, Doesnt do it with the other 3, Just tries to cut out.

Can you watch the slides while it's running? What's happening?
