Hey 900rr brothers,i did the f4i gauge conversion, looks sweet!!!Was easy to do,only snag i ran into was wiring, but nothing major.I was able to keep the 900 plug harness, the f4i plug harness was same, just different color and needed to hook constant power for the clock.Made my own bracket for gauges to mount, that was no biggie either.

I have on order the temp sensor,so it will show the correct temp and have to order the speedo healer, but the gauges are in and very sweet mod.I feel so speacial, haha

f4i gauges 100.00 local
temp sensor from 99 900rr 30.00
speedo healer 100.00
turning my gauges on for the 1st time and wetting my pants with !!
PRICELESS!!!

Dude that's f*in sweet, I really wanna do it now. What year 900rr are you running? I've got a '94 so I have the manual speedo drive and not sure how I'd hook all that up.

Thanks bros.I have a 96 900rr,the mod was pretty basic.Since you have a older style of reading speed, all you do is get newer style from 96 or 97,just swap out.

Once you do that, run only 1 wire up to f4i gauges and connect, done deal.
Anybody on here hit me up with questions, was very basic and i only cut 1 wire,no cutting involved.

Went back to my other pipe, the micron was just a tad to quiet for me.
Also put on carbon front fender, blended right in and saved some weight.

Oh and the 1 wire i cut was on the f4i gauge side, haha
So i have my original 900rr gauges intact,if i ever sell the 900 and
thats a BIG IF,i can include or put back on the 9.

easiest models to add this mod to are the 98-99 as they have a digital temp guage and a crankshaft speed sensor as does the f4i for the 95-97 models you need a new temp sender that's $30 and a speedohealer V4 set to around +500% for the 93-94's you need a front sprocket cover with the speed sensor and go the same for the 95-97s
