Electrical - 94 CBR900
 

I was wondering if any could help me out with an issue that I'm having with my 94 900RR. One day out on the street I pull up to a light and there is a loud backfire and the engine turns off. I restart it to find out the it's only running on two cyc.. I trailer it back home to find out the ECM and one of the coils have shorted out.

Has this happened to anyone before? I'm thinking there is a short in the wire harness.
