Brake pad & line options
Note about riding style: '99 900RR. Mostly street riding. Occational agrresive riding when curves appear, hahaaa. Eventually track riding (maybe this fall)
I've searched here and found some good info on whats available and a census of what everyone is using. I went over to calsports to look up SS lines and pad kits from glafer and they don't make any for our 900s. Went to Goodridge too...nothing.
Have any 900RR owners bought pad and line upgrades? Where from and who? Opinions and info welcome!
What about Honda OEM pads? Fine for my current riding style?
Thanks all!

Here is everything you need to know. Galfer seems to make plenty of options. I run EBC Sintered HH pads on the front and stock on the rear and they rock for track days. They do work better with heat in them. They are a bit wooden feeling when cool or on the initial bite in rain, but when warm..........damn nice. I never had a problem with the stock ones. They dont have the ferosiousness of the EBCs, but they work better when cool, and only margianally worse when hot. They faded quicker, but never got bad. I would get either the stock pads for mostly street, or if you're going to do alot of track days, HH pads from your choice of manufacturers.

Thanks for the info! I went over to Cal-Sportbike and had Todd hoook me up with Galfer SS lines and pads. I can't wait for them to get here! And when they do and I have them installed, I'll post more info about them for those who still are looking at brake upgrades on our 900s!
