I'm in the same boat, however my 2 and 3 aren't firing... have you checked that your plugs aren't fouled?.. also, try swapping coils to see if 3 fires... one thing i did was ran my bike and felt the headers (with ice) and found only 1 and 4 were hot..

good luck! Im about to work on my bike too and will let u know how it goes. i have a spare coil so i might swap that out...

 

Brand new plugs, #3 is def the culprit, pulled the plug & it looks brand new even after running the bike, no burns on it at all. It has spark, but very weak. I have a new set of coils on the way, hopefully I'll be riding by weeks end *fingers crossed*
