93 cbr 900rr bogged out

Hey guys I was riding on the way home from work, it was 105 degrees and all sun. 5 minutes or so into my ride the bike bogged out and then finally shut off. I tried cranking it but nothing. I let the bike sit in some shade for 10 minutes and started it up and road it home (4 miles) with no hiccups. The bike never overheated or anything. The next day I road it cautiously for about 5 minutes and nothing went wrong. should I be worried or should I check for something? thank you guys!

Seems strange. I would look for a blocked fuel vent line. Maybe look at the rectifier and it's wiring. Warm the bike up. Wiggle all the wires. Feel for hot wires, look for discolored or melted wires.

You might check the voltage from the stator. Make sure the charging system is up to the task. I wouldn't discount the battery either.
