Default 900rr seat

guys,

Question, I have a 19995 Cbr 900 and the rear seat will not stay closed. It looks like there should be a something bolted down to the seat to keep it closed. Do you know what the name of what I am looking for.

You might need this:
STAY, SEAT LOCK (Honda part #77232-MW0-000)

#7 in the picture

If what you're missing is the hook part that goes into it then you need a new seat. The hook part is built into the seat. Back seats are cheap on ebay. If you need the seat lock I might have a spare one.

ok from what I can tell all the part on the print is there. all the part that hold the seat to the bike at the front of the see is there. On the middle of the seat, parts 3 and 4 are there, and part 7 is on the frame of the bike. it looks a small hole at the very end of the seat is missing something. it looks as if what is missing should conect in to part number 7. does this sound abour right, and if so i dont see anyting that would go into it on this print.

Are you missing this

if so you need a new seat unless you can figure a way to rig it.
