Default Rear Rack ?

Anyone have the official Honda rear rack on their bike ? I am curious how it looks. Just got my bike, and need to do something with the hind end. I was thinking tail tidy, or maybe a rack would camouflage that whole mess ? Except that it could be really ugly, too. Haven't been able to find a picture of one on the bike. It would come in handy, since I run a lot of errands on the bike.

I installed in on my 650F. Well built but ridiculously overpriced & the bracket must be purchased separately. I use a Nelson Rigg tailbag, and also SW Motech panniers, which are removeable.

Thanks for posting that. You are right; the rack and mount are crazy expensive which is why I didn't just get one right away. But, then again, we wouldn't want to be putting any junky stuff on the bike, right? Would you happen to have a picture of the whole bike ? I am curious to see the overall look with the rack on.

Thumbs up

Thanks much !! That is very helpful. I was thinking if I got the rack, I could forego the Tail Tidy and it would look somewhat OK......I thought the rack might look like it was sticking way up in the air, but it's not so bad.

the rack allows me to keep the tailbag on when my wife rides with me. It’s a nice piece, just WAY overpriced. As a bonus, it keeps the side bags from hitting my LED turn signals on the Tidy Tail. I never liked the fender on this bike. I’ve removed it twice now!
