Hi, new user.

Sorry to dredge up an old thread but I'm in the same position as the original poster - ordered from moto-racing.co.uk, they took my money, goods never came, can't get in contact with them, yada yada...

Steer well clear of them! Their site is still up so presumably they're still helping themselves to people's money.

Anyone have further information on these clowns?

Thanks for the reply RojerLockless

I paid by debit card as my bank offers "online fraud protection". However, after speaking to them today it seems that this doesn't constitute "online fraud". They did say that they'll try to recover the money, but I feel I'm gonna have to make a lot more telephone calls to 'em first...

The transaction was handled by a payment service called Sage Pay (formerly protx). A terse email has gone to them too. No doubt they'll try to wriggle out of any responsibility.

Dang, I guess I should have paid by credit card.

It wasn't much money, my main concern now (apart from beating the you-know-what out of the person responsible) is that no-one else gets ripped off. Hey, let's be careful out there!
