Default Without smoking the tyre up

Without smoking the tyre up everytime I get in my bike, does any 1 know how many miles/km I should get out of my tyre. Its a Dunlop Sportmax, it was on the bike when i brought it brand new [sm=gears.gif]

I've gotten between 7-8k mi on a front 208 and 8-9k on a rear. That's riding 25% aggressive 75% cruising on the street. That also has to do w/ the compound of the roads. They are decent at best here in N.Y. but Australia is probably a different story.

i'm pretty sure there's no set amount of miles for tires. i think it just depends on the way you ride etc. seeing what other ppl have been saying it can RANGE anywhere between 4k-9k...pretty big gap inbetween. soo...it just depends on how you ride...the streets you ride on...etc....etc.
