Whats the Deal With Dunlop D218s??? ( x D218K?)

I am trying to replace the OEM rear tire on a 2005 CBR600RR. The tire says Dunlop D218K. I've been searching for a replacement online and found this Dunlop D218:

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the D218 and D218K? Are these the *same* tire? If so, what's up with the extra "K"?

I have the 218. Do yourself a favor get pilot pows. The dunlops are junk. Once you ride on these bad boys you'll never want to ride on another tire. http://www.compacc.com/
