how often should the chain be lubed? and tension checked? on a normal mileage bike..like mine's got 6k...
should be cleaned and lubed every 300-500 miles...
tension can be checked frequently...

I ve reached 600 miles on my 07 and I want to change my oil what oil do you guys recommend?
Repsol...10W40...
correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't Honda recommend a 10w30 for the 2007 CBR600RR???

I believe if you don't do the 600 checkup at a certified Honda dealer any warranty claims you have in the future can be completely voided. So it might be worth the $150. I've been running the Honda GN4 in my bikes.

read up on the magnoson - moss warranty act. the only time they can void the warranty under those conditions is if the service was 100% free.
