what a day
my g/f and i spent more than half the day today out enjoying the weather and enjoying our Hondas . went cruising around for a while and the temperature today couldnt have been better.
well, also today was one of the 1st times her and i have gotten out riding together since i hit the deer in May. when im down for some reason or another and cannot ride w/ her, she strictly commutes. she never goes out riding w/o me (she trusts riding w/ me the most) , she'll just commute to/from work (two miles from our house). so her and i both enjoyed this day. cruising around w/ her and putting more miles on my new RR.
so more pics, less talk, right? enjoy.....
posing w/ my bike, lol......
and w/ her own bike.....

RE: what a day

My wife wants to get a bike, but I'm scared to death that she'll get hurt. She wants one to go out riding with me, and I'd love for her to, but if/when she went down it would be my fault for getting her into riding and getting her the bike. I'm just not ready for that yet.

i know what you're saying, but would you want someone telling you that you shouldnt ride b/c you'll get hurt....or your wife telling you to give up the keys b/c its too dangerous? trust me, i know how you feel. my g/f had zero experience, she just rode passanger on my F4i. she loved it and wanted her own and i told her i'd help aslong as she passed the MSF course. she did....and she got her very own F4i. she made me nervous in the begining and of course dropped it a few times here and there (NOTHING serious).......but she progresses every single time we go out. i worry less and less. although, i know what you're saying. in the back of my mind i KNOW its not a matter of "if"....but "when".......and i absolutely would just die if anything ever happens to her. i wouldnt blame myself, its a choice she has made to swing a leg over.
