Default Vibration around 5500RPMS

Does anyone else ever hear a vibration around 5500 rpms near the ignition or front part of the gas tank, my bike is a 05 RR. I hear it sometimes, its nothing that will affect the bike, its just a little annoying.

My '06 sometimes has a bit of shaking but it doesn't usually last long. I beleive its the top
portion of the windscreen, where the clear part and the bodywork are joined by the screws.
I couldn't say it happens at a certain rev range though.

Try a search and you'll come up with a lot of answers...it's the plastic tank cover vibrating on the metal gas tank underneath, you should be able to find some pretty detailed fixes too,

Take the tank cover off and add some padding between it and the tank.

I also heard that you can put a washer under the cover in the front (near the handles). It will lift the cover high enough so it isnt vibrating against the tank. I will be trying this soon.
