MY 2006 600 RR HAS ONLY DONE A LITTLE OVER 1200 MLS NOT KLMS AND THE REAR TYRE IS NEAR ON DUFF . ITS FITTED WITH A DUNLOP 218 . IS THIS NORMAL AS THE BIKE AS NEVER BEEN OVER 12500 RPM YET
Get a new tire. Something like a dunlop qualifier or a michlin pilot power and run the correct tire pressure. The pilot power will last longer than the qualifier. You'll get alot more traction with one of these than the crappy D218.
