I did this mod a couple days ago.... I looked around and this was the average price, I didn't find anything cheaper. About $35 from Cal-Sportbikes

RE: Sprocket for -1
Jump in all you need to, I'm getting slow and old you know. Download the 03/04 manual so you can use it, I'm sure most things carried over. The front sprocket torques at 40 foot lbs and don't forget to add 2 lbs. for the 6" extension you'll be using. It's very simple to do, takes about 20 minutes with clean up time. I went with the 525, you can't mix 525 with 520. 520 is more for the extreme fast riders/racers that don't need a lot of torque for take offs (you'll get the torque... but it wears the teeth down faster). I mean once you start racing, you don't have too many stop and go's. The 525 will last longer and better for stunters and those of us who keep it under the 150 mark. You'll see a lot of people on here with the 520 conversion... so I'll be the odd one out here.
And CJ.. were's the link to buy the $25 front sprocket???
