Default Spark plug swap

Alright here is the deal.
Did a plug change and to do it I dropped the rad, lifted the tank, removed entire air box plus tubs, took out fuel rail and now I am getting a FI and oil light.

The bike seems to be running fine minus the lights. When I moved the tank I did disconnect the hoses, but did put them back to were they belong.

I do have a PC if that matters. I did take the battery off to reset the ecu, but that didn't help. I am pretty sure I reconnected everything because I checked twice and my buddy was helping me out.

I hope thats all you need to help me out. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks in advance.

I went over everything again this weekend. I found out that I snapped off the nipple of the map sensor so I super glued it back together and reinstalled it. I know that the map sensor is probably bad so I ordered one off of ebay anyways. Now I am getting a 20 code which is a faulty eprom within my ecm even though the bike runs fine. I tried clearing it without any success. What can I do to fix that or is it out of my hands now? I am willing to take it to my cousin's shop, but would rather do it my self and save some money.
