Will the cowl seat from the 09-10's fit on an 06? I'd love to do this as my gf will not ride with my for a long time

 

No the cowls from a 07-10 will not fit a 03-06 as the tails are different. However they do make cowls for the 03-06 models, they are all over eBay.

Ok sounds good man! I'll check it out. Do they make an OEM cowl for the 03-06 models? I've never noticed one with it so I was just wondering.

 

Yeah they do make OEM ones, they are going to be about $150. Some of the ones you find on Ebay for $50 are aftermarket. I went OEM because I knew the paint will match and the fitment will be great. I have heard some stories with aftermarket ones that will fly off as you're riding because they don't fit/latch properly. This doesn't mean that all aftermarket ones are like this though.

 

alot depends on the colors but i know factorykiss ebay vendor (hk) sells very good products, thats the cowl i have on my bike, i would imagine their black would match hondas

worse case i know they have a good solid product, and you can paint to match, still cheaper than oem
