Default small issue, please help

well I have been starting up my bike and running it around the parking lot in my apt complex the last month, the issue is when I turn it on and rev it a bit right a way it kinda struggles under 3k rpm "studering" a bit. but once it warms up a bit it seems to be okay, I havent been able to get it on the street and see if it does it when its going at a decent speed. there is less then a quarter tank of gas in it and its the same gas thats been in there for over a year now. and it ran perfectly fine when I put herup last year.

is it possibly just the gas or maybe the plugs fouled or another issue?

anybody have any insight?

p.s. please dont ask why I have the same gas in it for over a year, its complicated

the gas shouldnt be older than 3 months, plus the bike needs to be warm up to normal temperature to run properly

I would take off the tank and empty out the old fuel, and then fill up with fresh fuel and just let whatever's left in the pipes and engine burn up, i'd also check and maybe replace the plugs, and have a look at maybe doing an oil and filter change. then i'd go for quite a long ride and give the bike a good run

Its pretty common for a bike not to react properly until its fully warmed up.. Furthermore, you should be revving it until its warmed up.
