It's aftermarket, but uhh...yea...it's right (or left)...and reverse...does that make sense? LOL
It's a GP shifter which reverses the shifting pattern (down-shift to up-shift and vise versa)...it's meant for aggressive track riders who want to avoid dragging a foot (due to having to hook the foot under the shifter to up-shift) while shifting during a turn...not practical or necessary for the street at all.
