Default Removing swing arm?

Has anyone ever done this themselves? Im having every part powder coated black on the bike and I want the swing arm done as well. Just hoping there is a warranty problem where the shop has to remove the swing arm so they will do it for me. JK!

Default RE: Removing swing arm?

Well when you remove the swingarm and if you are going to have it powder coated you will have to remove all the bearings. Some of them have to be pressed out. Well you should buy all new bearings because once pressed out it can mess them up. You can not leave them in when the swingarm is being power coated.
