Rear Turn Signal Problems

Whats up everyone? I have gone through 3 sets of rear turn signals on my bike. I even tryed 2 integrated lights and could not get the right side of it to work even with two different types of resistors, but when i tryed it on my friends 05 600rr it worked fine. I also kept going through those flush mount rear signals that came with my comp. werkes fender kit cause they kept melting from being on. last but not least i bought the lockhart rear signals that mount behind the license plate and they worked great for about three days and low and behold those bitches got hot and got that melted look like all of my other ones i had. So any suggestions? or shuld i just bring the bike to honda and have them install the integrated light and get it to work correctly, hopefully without those resistors getting boiling hot.

That is strange! My man has the RR had he put the integrated tail light in and it works fine...do you think you have a short? Did that happen on the stock lights?
