Ok, I am in the market for my first street bike and have found a 2003 CBR 600 RR with 4000 miles for a price of $6000. Supposedly it hasn't been laid down and has no scratches on it. Does anyone here know if this is a good price for a bike that is 4 years old?

well...mileage is awesome but for 6K you can do better.

 

^ Agreed. The price is high, but the milage is very low for an '03.

 

i got my 2003 for $5,500 with less than 3k miles last January. perfect shape, owner was a about 40.

imo, that price is too high for an 03 600rr. i bought my 04 1000rr w/5500 miles for 6200.00 cash. i think he was even a member on this site.
