Passenger seat lock interchangeability?

Is the passenger seat lock and and latch the same on all 600rr models? Can new ones be used on the 03 04 rr seats?

I am not 100% sure but Honda has different part#'s for the 03-04 model and the 07-11 model. This tells me no they are not interchangeable.
