That chain tension is not normal at all. Who did the recent adjustment on it? I'm guessing the adjusting bolts aren't set right or the axle isn't torqued down right, or both. Chains do stretch, but only a very very very small amount over several thousand miles. Your chain does not need to be replaced if the bike has only 6000 miles on it, just find someone who doesn't have their head up their *** to adjust it. No offense if you adjusted it though
But anyway, welcome to the forum and congrats on the bike! Looks really clean!

If your after a manual, give this a go. The file is hugh (83.5Mb)but it is the whole workshop manual and IT'S FREE.

it was tightend by a certified mechanic...he rebuilds bikes and sells them, he has 12 of them that he keeps and races himself so i trusted him. buti dont under stand why the 07 RRs chain was just like mine...maybe the bolts are messed up...i need a stand before i can start messing with the bike,so i thought i would get some input from you guys first so i konw what to work on when i get the stand.
