New 600 DOUBLE R

RE: New 600 DOUBLE R
congrats in the RR and welcome to the forum. Two really important things to know: 1 Do you own maintenance, but if you have to take it to the shop, record the odometer reading so you can tell if they ride it any (look at sad day posting) and 2 watch out for state troopers trying to earn their quota on tickets (look at crashed tribal posting). The RR is a great bike, I bought mine new about two months ago and I already have 2k+ miles on it. It's my daily driver to work and long week-end ride to get away from everything. When you have question about anything, ask away... that's what we are all here for.

NOPE, RODE MY BIKE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE HOLE TO HAVASU TAPPIN OUT 6TH GEAR. 300 mile trip. took us bout 2-2 1/2 hrs... some thin like that.
Gap insurance is a MUST! gap insurance is when you wreck your bike/get it stolen, it covers what your insurance doesnt pay off on your loan. For instance, you owe lets say $10,000 and your insurance pays off $7,000. You obviously still owe $3,000 right? well gap pays off the GAP that the insurance didnt pay off vs what you owe.
my gap covered $5,000 after my insurance.. which i owed almost close to $3,000 so it payed it off for me since my insurance didnt pay off.... its good if you have a HIGHHHHHH *** INTEREST RATE, AND COULD BE IN THE HOLE FOREVER.
You must have FULL COVERAGE for gap to work just to let you know. And if you dont ride with full coverage, YOU NEED TO DO IT... Look at me. I work 8am - 7-8-9 pm at night and only bring home about 800 a wk. I have bout 200$ play money/food/gas everymonth, and I daily ride... (if i were to have no bike, and no money id be F*CKED!!!) I got hit by a semi 2 months ago. It was his fault but if it wasnt or if i got my bike jacked, or i went down cause of a 50ft tall moose in my way my insurance pays it off, AND DID PAY IT OFF IN 2 WKS... i owe nothing now, and for the money i spent on full coverage it was worth it.
deff. spend the cash on full coverage. AND GAP.
