Ok, here is the deal, i can buy my buddies 2003 600RR, it has 6000 miles on it, it was dumped, i was there when he dumped it, it needs a sub-frame, right rear set, right clip on and the upper fairing bracket. and the plastics are salvagable. he will sell it to me for 3000 canadian, because i live in canada..lol and the average price of them here is 6500-7500. Do you think i should scoop it up?

 

Well you already have a 954 apparently... I think that you should buy it and make it a race bike!

 

yeah if u dont mind spending money to fix it up just make sure when u take all the damnge into consideration that its doesnt come out to 6500-7500 then your just better off buying a used one non-salvaged, im from th usa so i dunno if 3000is alotin canada but long as the engine and frame are useful their around 1500-3000 over here in the usaand thats pretty cheap

yeah i figure i can fix it for about 1000 - 1500, and if the frame and motor alone are worth almost 3000 in the states, i cant really pass this up. Thats the thing i want a street bike just for screwing around on, my 954 is my track bike. So yeah i think im going to grab it.
